Roamer’s Respite Vacation Rental Is a fully furnished house centrally located in Western North Carolina with easy access to Sylva, Cashiers, Bryson City. Explore all the Smoky Mountains has to offer like The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, The Blueridge Parkway, the Polar Express, and all the 4,500 miles of rivers and streams in Jackson County, NC.

Daily Rate & Minimum Stay

• Daily Rates

  Fluctuate based on demand.   Review the calendar to see current rates.

• Cancellation policy:

  • Cancel up to 21 days before your scheduled stay and you will receive a 100% refund
  • Cancel between 21 – 14 days before your stay and you will receive 50% of the total amount.
  • No refunds when cancelled less than 14 days before your stay.
  • We are more than happy to reschedule your visit for another time and the price will be adjusted accordingly based on the new scheduled rates.
  • Late cancellations or early departures do not warrant any refunds.  Any request for cancellation request must be made in writing to Owner at 553deepgap@gmail.com
  • We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

• Minimum Stay

  • 2-night minimum – General minimum stay
  • 3-night minimum – Fall Weekdays, Summer Season Weekends
  • 4-night minimum – Fall Weekends, Holidays (must include the holiday weekend)

Maximum Guests

We can accept up to 9 guests, 10 if there is an infant.

Taxes and Fees

Taxes and fees will be applied at the time of booking and included in the full payment.

Sales tax: 11%,       4% Guest service charge,       $170 Cleaning fee,        Pet fees as applied.

For all who book directly from our website you will save the costly added fees that booking sites such as Airbnb and Vrbo charge both you and us.
