Roamer's Respite Policies

PETS: Please be aware that pets are allowed with a pet fee.  If we are not made aware of the pet at the time of booking, we will send you a request through the booking service that you booked with. Please clean up after your pets, we provide doggie bags at the property, please dispose of properly.  

SMOKING: Roamer’s Respite is Non-Smoking.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:  We do not currently ask for a damage deposit.  If damages are realized after your stay by our housekeeping staff, a charge will be assessed for the damages through the booking platform. 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 4 PM Check-out time is 10 AM.

TAX: 11% subject to change

DEPOSITS:  Please refer to the booking platform that you have booked through for any deposits as they may vary from site to site. 

CANCELLATIONS: Please refer to the booking platform that you have booked through as cancellation policies may vary from site to site.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION: Within 2 days of your arrival date, you will receive a message through the booking platform you booked through. At that time you will also receive the door code to the front door. You can message us through the booking platform if you have any questions or concerns.

WHAT TO EXPECT: The cabin will have towels, linens and the beds will already be made up with linens and blankets. All kitchens and bathrooms are fully equipped.

Please be aware that cell service, depending on your carrier may be spotty in the immediate area and at the accommodation.
